Why this industrial endoscope camera has its own screen

Many inspection cameras depend on a smartphone app, which means pairing, permissions and a phone balanced on a fender. The ES04 skips all of that. Its built-in HD screen displays the image directly on the device, so there’s no phone to connect and no app to configure. It also turns on instantly, which helps when you’re checking several spots in a row.

Lighting for dark corners

The camera has built-in LED lights you can adjust. Turning them down helps when a shiny pipe or metal surface bounces glare back at the lens, and turning them up helps in deep, unlit cavities.

Use it safely

• Never probe a live electrical panel, outlet box or wiring. Switch off power at the breaker before inspecting walls or ceilings near electrical runs.
• Never insert the camera into a running engine or near moving parts such as belts and fans. Turn the engine off and let it cool first.
• This is an industrial inspection tool, not a medical device. Don’t use it on people or animals.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for care and handling.
