How we work

Clear pricing: prices are shown in CAD before tax, and GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
Straightforward shipping: we ship across Canada only. Standard shipping is $14.99, and orders over $99 ship free. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your province.
Returns and warranty: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days from delivery, and products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from Gadget Canada against manufacturing defects.
Real answers: our team replies by email, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 ET.

We build our product pages from the information manufacturers provide, and we label battery life, suction, energy and similar figures as manufacturer claims. When a detail isn’t confirmed, we say so rather than guess. For phones, we recommend checking network compatibility with your Canadian carrier before you buy. For TVs and large appliances, we recommend measuring your space and doorways and checking electrical requirements before you order.
