Buying used electronics in Canada: what to know

Wearables, headphones and TVs get the same core checks as our used phones and tablets: a full function test, a factory reset with personal data and accounts removed, and a cleaning. One difference is battery health. The 80% minimum applies to phones and tablets, so listings for watches and headphones don't show a battery percentage. Like every used device, they're still covered by our 90-day limited warranty. Each listing also names the grade and describes the specific marks on that unit, so you know what to expect before it arrives.

Smartwatches

The used REDMI Watch 6 in Excellent condition has a 2.07-inch AMOLED display and suits fitness tracking and daily notifications. Its listing notes very light marks on the case edge, a scratch-free display and a strap that has been cleaned, and it comes with the watch, strap and magnetic charging cable. Headphones

The used REDMI Headphones Neo in Good condition are over-ear headphones with adaptive active noise cancellation rated up to 42 dB by the manufacturer, plus Hi-Res wired audio for lossless listening.
